SARAH BRISTOW | OWNER/OPERATOR

Born in Smithers, BC and the glue behind the scene that keeps the ship sailing. She is a teacher by trade and used to work at the local school on Bowen Island. She has slowly transitioned to fulltime Oakum doing everything and anything needed. Sarah can be found in the office, running to town for supplies or even on the odd job site. She is multi-tasking everywhere all the time. If she isn’t working, she will be found coaching her sons ice hockey team at WWMHA or playing hockey herself.

Hobbies: Hockey, soccer, golf, biking, any sport that anyone will play with me!

Work Moments: The famous phone call I get a few times a month “I watched Youtube and it’ll be only 5 minutes.”
